We want you to love your Matcha Bunny Monaco purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email at admin@matchabunnymonaco.com within 14 days of the day you received your order.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned within 28 days of delivery
Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
With all original tags attached
In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the hygiene seal has been removed (where applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We will refund the price paid for the item plus the standard outbound delivery cost (we do not refund premium delivery upgrades chosen by you).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at admin@matchabunnymonaco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.
