Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at admin@matchabunnymonaco.com before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows (from dispatch):

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-UK Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
